螢幕中一條散發著金黃色光芒的七彩錦鯉，竟然是由無數各自獨立卻又彼此緊密相連的眼睛所聚集而成的共同體，而每一個眼睛，也正好奇地觀看著觀眾的一舉一動，形成一種有趣的互動。
由藝術家黃文浩、王福瑞、及張賜福所組成的「在地實驗」，以探索台灣新的藝術形式為理想。在美麗華中庭展出的作品「睛魚」，邀請觀眾在跟隨大魚擺尾前行的過程中，讓繁忙的現代人在都市生活焦躁之時，能有停下腳步觀想的機會，在停駐之際，體會那份從容與自在。
A carp swims by on the screen, emitting a golden yellow radiance and the viewer is surprised to discover that the fish is made up of innumerable independent but closely linked together eyes. Moreover, each one of those eyes curiously gaze the viewer’s every movement, creating an intriguing interaction.
“Etat Art” was established by Huang Wen-Hao, Wang Fu-Jui and Chang Tzu-Fu, to explore new art forms in Taiwan. The piece “Eye Fish” was displayed in the central plaza at Miramar, inviting viewers to watch the fish as it swims. It gives modern people living urban lives of anxiety the opportunity to take a rest and reflect. The moment they stop to watch, the viewers experience a sense of calmness and freedom.
