「何乏筆」是一位旅台外籍人士，留著一頭長髮，裝扮像古人 ，言談內容從天文地理到功夫哲學樣樣來，這讓藝術家感到有趣。 每當談起這人的印 象， 就是那一頭古人的髮 型，便 不禁完爾。
因此作品便是從「笑」這件事開始發想，以小耳機組合而成，看似假髮的裝置在髮廊店裡相映成趣，而仔細聽，每一組耳機裡頭有著不同型態的笑聲，讓觀眾覺得有一種瘋狂瘋癲的語境，發出慧心的一笑。
“Ho Fan-Pi” is a foreigner traveling in Taiwan. He has long hair, is dressed in ancient clothing, and discusses subjects such as astronomy, geography, martial arts and philosophy , which the he believes to be interesting. When we speak of him, we always talk about his ancient hairstyle and laugh.
The idea behind this work is “laughter.” With the character’s image being completed by a small set of headphones, the individual appears to be wearing a wig offering an interesting contrast with the location of a hair salon. If visitors listen carefully, they can hear a different type of laughter through each set of headphones. This creates a crazy situation for viewers, to which they respond smile.
