簡介
劇場、繪畫、雕塑，藝術家何采柔不斷探索跨界創作的可能。近期更嘗試以「糖果」作為創作媒材，陸續發展出平面、雕塑與舞台模型裝置；《甜的獨角獸》也正是她運用類似雕塑糖果的手作工法模擬，拼接而成的繽紛獨角獸。
只存在於童話或傳說的獨角獸，代表著夢想與幻象，巧妙呼應糖果甜膩、夢幻但短暫易融的特質。
除了雕塑糖果的工法，何采柔也利用玻璃纖維摹仿糖果的流動與延展彈性，讓觀眾在欣賞作品時，對材質產生好奇與不確定：糖果的聯想既具象又抽象，就在這樣的聯想被勾起時，舌尖好像也啟動甜甜的味道，形成「視覺」與「味覺」雙聯想的感官體驗。
miho以對時尚的熱愛和多變繽紛的風格為基調，如尋寶般挖掘世界各地深受好評的設計師服飾與美好精品，期使臺灣的流行時尚更具國際性及多元化，並為顧客創造獨特的個人風格。

Theater, painting, and sculpture; artist Joyce Tsai-You Ho is interested in the possibilities of interdisciplinary creations. She has recently been working with candy as a medium. Based on the techniques she has acquired from candy making, she creates Sweet Unicorn, a colorful FRP work that triggers an association with candy.
Unicorns, which only exist in fairytales and myths, represent dreams and illusions, and as candy melts, it symbolizes the end of these illusions.
Ho manipulates FRP in order to mimic the appearance of candy. The materials cause a sense of uncertainty for viewers. As they look at this sculpture, they can almost taste the sweet flavor of the candy, thus combining the senses of sight and taste in a whole new experience.
miho is centered around a love for fashion and constantly changing trends. It is like a treasure boat, hunting for acclaimed designer clothing and products. Through Taiwan’s increasingly international and diverse fashion stage, miho gives customers the opportunity to find their own unique styles.
