透過簡單的工具,繁複的手工,利用塑膠物件的改造加工,釋放出半現成物件的美感基因,藉由後結構式的空間裝置和大數量的呈現,加入燈光再功能化的運用,醞釀出一種新物質美學的情境。

學生在穿梭於教室,忙於課業之餘,校園、廣場…是大家共有的一個悠閒、交流的場域,藉由新的美感元素加入,互動之間添增一份愉悅的心境,享受美好的校園時光。此時廣場就是眾人的舞台。

本著”不經意而有企圖”的創作態度。近年來,徐揚聰創作以立體物件裝置為主;以此為基調,創造出能與環境產生互動而延伸出新的生活視覺饗宴,試圖營造出「一種被期待或正在等待勾引的氛圍,一種有利於心靈互動、信息對話的場域。」目的是活化藝術創作的生活性,在藝術與創意設計的介入下,拼花出更有魅力的場景,讓學生在此環境下產生更快樂,勇於追求生活夢想的企圖心。

Through simple tools and intricate craftsmanship, the plastic components are modified and processed to create the aesthetic gene of semi-finished articles. Through post-structural spatial installation and the presentation of large quantities, together with reutilization of lighting, a new material aesthetic ambiance is created.

Students move about in the classroom. When they are not busy at schoolwork, the school and square is everyone’s place for recreation and interchange. Through the infusion of new aesthetic elements, a sense of pleasure is experienced during interaction. Enjoy a wonderful time at school. For the moment, the square is everyone’s stage.

Based on the creative attitude of “unintentional yet with purpose,” recently, Onion Hsu’s creations are based mainly on stereoscopic installations. In light of this, he has created a living visual feast that can interact with the environment. He attempts to sculpt “an ambiance of expecting or waiting to be seduced, a venue that facilitates spiritual interaction and message dialogues.” The purpose is to liven up the everyday function of art creations through the intervention of art and creative design in order to piece together a more charismatic scenario, so that students will have happier ambitions in their pursuit of life and dreams.
