「藝術」不是僅能遠觀勿動，陳列於殿堂之內。新生代藝術創作者蔡潔莘期待全然顛覆你的想法，提倡「藝術」的生命，就是要擁有人們的參與才能完整。在這忙碌的城市內，什麼東西可以讓人們停下腳步喘口氣，舒緩緊繃許久的心靈？什麼地方可以讓你我的眼睛、心情放鬆休息？也許就是在這裡，在藝術的懷裡！

她說：「首先，讓我們來個熱情的擁抱吧！」

藝術不一定要有大道理，就是如此的簡單，才能讓人們親近友好，產生情感與關係。蔡潔莘認為藝術的重要性除了相對於藝術創作者自己，更重要的不是作品本身，而是與她共同擁有著生命與溫度的人們。沒有大道理、沒有大論述，就是這樣，開心就好。

她又說：「最後，讓我們再擁抱一下吧！」

Art should not be viewed from a distance, untouchable and displayed in a hall. New generation artist Cai Jie-Shen hopes to completely revert your thinking; by promoting an artistic life, it requires people’s participation to be complete. In the busy city, what can allow people to slow down, take a breather and sooth the soul that has been tense for so long? What place can allow relaxation of our eyes and mood? Perhaps it is right here, in the bosom of art!

”Art does not always have to be logical. That’s how simple it is to make people become closer and friendlier to one another, to generate affections and relationships. Cai Jie-Shen believes that the importance of art, apart from the creator, is not the artwork itself; it is the people who have life and warmth, just like her. There is no deep reasoning or theory -- it is that simple, as long as one is happy, this is all that matters.
