擅長運用竹枝為創作媒材的環境藝術家游文富，透過大面積量體的竹枝帶出對風、聲音等自然效應的觸動，也呈現著回歸自然的靜謐氛圍。
以竹為素材，是藝術家經過對「竹」材質的細微觀察後，運用竹子易因天氣變化轉色的特性，來呈現時間與自然環境的律動。本次以地景的手法，將六萬根上色之竹籤插入土地中，顏色由粉色漸層轉至白色，粉色代表著浪漫與喜悅，白色則蘊有純潔的意義。在夏日陣陣微風中，竹籤搖擺，竹音迴盪，讓觀賞者進入曼妙的松菸之中。
臺北文創大樓臺北文創大樓提供文創產業進駐，創造多元平台，讓創作者、平台經營者和消費者間緊密互動，暢通研發創作、生產發行至銷售推廣等管道，以促進文創產業永續發展。座落於松山文創園區內，嶄新的綠建築與松山菸廠古蹟共生共榮，同時協助保存屬於臺北市民的文化資產，讓新舊文化交融的園區成為文創產業聚落基地。
Environmental artist Wen-Fu Yu uses bamboo as his main creative medium, setting a large area of bamboo in a position against the wind, to create natural sounds, which represents the serenity of the return to nature.
The artist chooses bamboo as his main medium after observing the qualities of bamboo very closely, and takes advantage of the fact that bamboo can often change color due to changes in the weather, to represent the rhythms of time and nature. This piece takes the form of landscaping, planting 60,000 dyed bamboo sticks into the ground, with the color shifting gradually from pink to white. The pink represents romance and pleasure, while the white represents purity. The bamboo sticks sway in the summer breeze, resonating with sound, drawing people in to the creative park in the buildings of the old Songshan Tobacco Factory.
