「舞蹈旅行計畫」由「周先生與舞者們」團隊2010年首次於板橋車站公演，並於2011年正式開跑，計畫的創始之作《一八七五拉威爾與波麗露》以不售票、不搭設舞台、不架設場燈的獨特型式演出，打破繼往舞台場域的限制，在於實踐表演只為分享舞蹈的理念。隨著獨特形式的展演，「舞蹈旅行計畫」可隨著城市地景與環境的變化，使演出更富彈性，因而每場演出伴隨著空間別具特殊性，場場都帶給觀者全新的體驗感受。
藝術家陳長志，長期拍攝電影及表演藝術之影像作品與紀實文件。在近20場「舞蹈旅行計畫」的演出拍攝記錄中，捕捉了舞者在各個空間環境下的移動與瞬間的風景。在肯夢學院、肯夢綠櫻桃辦公室、非零餐廳多點連線而成的「肯夢巷」中首次以串聯式的展演方式，透過攝影作品表現「舞蹈旅行計畫」在巷弄間舞蹈的曾經。於連續空間裡表述著持續中的舞蹈旅行故事。同時經由安排，讓曾經於不同時空演出的「舞蹈旅行計畫」能在同一個時空向度裡展出，產生相互對話。
肯夢AVEDA由朱平先生成立於1995 年，代理美國AVEDA 環保美妝品牌，系列涵蓋天然花植臉部保養、美髮用品、身體保養品、純香系列及環保生活用品等。提倡「環保生活」、「身心靈平衡美」的概念，被美國廣告年代雜誌票選為21世紀新興的化妝品牌。同時朱平先生延續「身心靈平衡美」的概念，成立非零餐廳，希望這裡成為大家的「My place. My Kitchen」，以正向態度突顯食材原味烹調的美味。

The Dance-Travel Project was first publicly performed in 2010 at the Banqiao Station by Shu-Yi and Dancers. The dance piece that initiated the project, 1875 Ravel and Bolero, was performed specifically without a stage or special lighting and was free for anyone to attend, breaking out of the parameters of the traditional stage performance. Instead, the focus was on communicating the main idea to the audience. The performance changes with its location, and its flexibility to interact with each environment gives the audiences unique experiences.
Artist Chang-Chih Chen is a filmmaker who also documents performance arts. In nearly 20 showings of the Dance-Travel Project, Chen has captured the dancers’ interaction with their surroundings. For the first time, his work with the Dance-Travel Project can be experienced as a series, as the photographs are on exhibit throughout the Canmeng spaces. Furthermore, it creates a sense of dialogue between the different performances from various times and spaces.
Canmeng was founded by Mr. Ping Chu and he opened the first AVEDA store in Taiwan in 1995; the brand sells facial, beauty, hair, and lifestyle products with ingredients based on natural plants. It promotes a green lifestyle and a healthy balance between the body and soul, and has been named as one of the emerging cosmetics brands of the 21st century. Following this concept of a balanced body and soul, Mr. Chu started the NONZERO restaurant. Unique and cozy, the restaurant highlights the original flavor of ingredients, hoping to make the customers feel that it is “My place. My kitchen.”
舞蹈家周書毅自2003年開始獨立編舞的創作生涯，不斷挑戰個人肢體、創作構思、與多元表演形態，廣獲各舞蹈藝術獎項肯定與駐村計畫參與。2009年《一八七五拉威爾與波麗露》獲選英國Global Dance Contest首獎，並於2010年初在英國Sadler's Wells Theater演出，2010年獲丹麥Cross Connection Ballet國際編舞大賽銅牌獎得主，並於2011年成立「周先生與舞者們」團隊。
Dancer Shu-Yi Chou has been an independent choreographer since 2003, and earned much recognition for constantly challenging his body, creative thinking, and performance attitude. In 2009, 1875 Ravel and Bolero was awarded first place in the United Kingdom’s Global Dance Contest. It premiered in Sadler’s Wells Theater in early 2010, and also earned a bronze medal in Denmark’s Cross Connection Ballet, an international choreography competition. Zhou founded “Shu-Yi and Dancers” in 2011.
