一個又一個彩色的同心圓是藝術家陳怡潔最廣為人知的創作符號，在總長逾400公尺的富邦A25企業基地外圍籬上，藝術家藉由色彩分析簡化出一個個人物角色，期待召喚每個觀眾心中的色彩記憶與故事。

陳怡潔長期以「動漫」做為其創作主要題材，此次以動漫世界中的女性角色為主要的觀察對象，特別精選自三○年代以來的女性動漫人物，其中包含了日本動漫系列：從早期的凡爾賽玫瑰、小甜甜、小丸子，到九○年代後的美少女戰士、神隱少女、初音未來；而歐美動漫角色則從白雪公主、灰姑娘、睡美人，到近年的勇敢傳說、冰雪奇緣…等，藝術家發現隨著時代的更迭，動漫發展中對於女性角色的想像越趨多元，性格更佳的鮮明，而同樣在人物的色彩表現上也更為強烈和大膽，似乎體現著現代女性的獨立、勇敢與蛻變。

These colorful concentric circles are artist Agi Chen's most widely recognized creative symbol. On a series of 400 plus meter long hoarding panel surrounding the Fubon A25 site, the artist derives human characters from her color scheme, hoping to evoke colorful memories and stories.

For many years, ‘anime’ has featured in Agi Chen’s artwork. This time around, her subject is the female characters in the anime world, especially the female characters that have been around since 1930s, including the Japanese anime series, from Rose of Versailles, Candy Candy, and Chibi Maruko in the early days, to Sailor Moon, Spirited Away, and Hatsune Miku after the 1990s; as well as the European and American anime characters in Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, and the more recent Brave, Frozen etc. The artist has noticed a diversification of female characters in the development of anime over the years. These female characters are given strong personalities and presented in more vivid and bolder colors, as if symbolizing the independence, gutsiness, and transformation of modern women.
