第二重獎⁶
將填妥之遊戲券於2008年2月29日 (星期五) 下午4時30分或之前⁸投入設於富邦銀行任何一個零售據點，香港大會堂行人走廊展覽服務台²或中滙大廈(大堂)7的收集箱，即可參加大抽獎⁹，答中問題而被抽中的參加者，即有機會贏取豐富大獎：

結果公佈及領獎方法
抽獎將於2008年3月10日 (星期一) 於富邦銀行大廈舉行。抽獎結果於2008年3月12日 (星期三) 於富邦銀行網頁 www.fubonbank.com.hk 公佈。得獎者將另獲專函通知。

得獎者必須於2008年3月25日 (星期二) 下午5時或之前致電富邦銀行2842 6085登記，否則將視作自動放棄領取獎品資格。

註：
1.	任何人均可參加(不限年齡、國籍或居住地方)。
2.	香港大會堂行人走廊展覽服務台開放時間 (換領禮品)：星期六、日中午12時至下午6時及 (遊戲券收集箱)：星期一至日上午9時至晚上10時30分。截止日期為2008年2月17日。

遊戲和抽獎的條款及細則：
1.	凡參加者參加是次遊戲及/ 或抽獎，即表示接受和同意遊戲及抽獎的所有條款及細則，以及禮物/ 獎品附有的條款及細則。
2.	如參加者/ 得獎者被發現不符合遊戲/ 抽獎資格，富邦銀行 (香港) 有限公司 (“富邦銀行”) 有權拒發禮物/ 獎品，或在已頒發禮物/ 獎品的情況下索回禮物/ 獎品，並可按富邦銀行認為適合的方式及人選頒發或處置有關禮物/ 獎品。
3.	抽獎遊戲的得獎者須帶同香港身份證及由富邦銀行發出的領獎通知書正本，以領取獎品。得獎者如未能於2008年3月25日或以前致電富邦銀行登記或未能出席頒獎禮，將視作自行放棄領獎權利。
4.	富邦銀行可全權酌情決定以其認為適合的方式及方法，公開及刊登抽獎遊戲得獎者或其代表（如適用）的姓名及其他有關資料（包括相片），以作宣傳用途。凡得獎者於2008年3月25日或以前致電富邦銀行登記，即表示同意上述條款。
5.	獎品有關的問題及費用，富邦銀行概不負責。
6.	參加者/ 得獎者不得要求以禮物/ 獎品兌換現金或信貸。
7.	恕不接受遊戲券副本。
8.	富邦銀行有權以其他價值相若的獎品代替或取代任何禮物/ 獎品，事前無須諮詢或預先通知參加者/ 得獎者。
9.	富邦銀行就抽獎活動所作出的決定，均屬最終決定，並對所有有關人士具約束力。除非本條款及細則另有註明，否則在有關抽獎活動的任何事項上，富邦銀行並無義務聯絡參加者或其他人士，亦無義務審議參加者或其他人士提出的要求或與其通訊。
10.	如參加者違反本條款，將會喪失參加遊戲/ 抽獎或領取禮物/ 獎品的資格。
11.	富邦銀行有權隨時撤回或終止是次遊戲及/ 或抽獎活動，事前無須預先通知參加者或負上任何責任。
12.	富邦銀行有權修改或增補是次遊戲及抽獎的條文及細則而無須事先通告，參加者不得異議。

Please fill in the required information and answer all the questions on the leaflet and programme guidebook and return your form to any Fubon Bank retail outlets³ to redeem a “one more, please” Limited Edition Notebook⁵ . Available while stock lasts.

Second Round⁶
Participants can enter the "one more, please" Lucky Draw by answering all the questions and dropping the form into the Lucky Draw box at any Fubon Bank retail outlets³, the service desk at Elevated Walkway of Hong Kong City Hall² or Central Tower (Lobby)⁷ by 4:30 pm on or before 29 February, 2008 (Friday)⁸. Participants with correct entries will have a chance to win fabulous prizes:

Grand prize :	1.2-Tael 999.9 Pure Gold "one more, please" "Prosperity Abound" Beach Ball Statue and a mushroom-shaped decorative gift by a Taiwanese artist.
Second prize :	Sony HDD Handycam DCR-SR200E and a mushroom-shaped decorative gift by a Taiwanese artist.

The Lucky Draw announcement and gift redemption
The Lucky Draw will be held on 10 March, 2008 (Monday) at Fubon Bank Building. The result of the Lucky Draw will be announced on Fubon Bank website at www.fubonbank.com.hk on 12 March, 2008 (Wednesday). The winners will also be notified in writing.

The winners must register with Fubon Bank by calling 2842 6085 by 5 pm on or before 25 March, 2008 (Tuesday) or else they will be considered as forfeiting their right to collect the prizes.

Remarks:
1.	Any individuals are eligible to participate (without restriction on age, nationality or place of residence).
2.	Opening hours of Hong Kong City Hall service desk at Elevated Walkway (for the redemption of the gift) : 12:00 noon-6:00pm (Sat and Sun) and (for the luck draw box) : 9:00 am-10:30 pm (Mon and Sun), until 17 February, 2008.
3.	Opening hours of Fubon Bank retail outlets : 9:00 am-4:30 pm (Mon to Fri), 9:00am-12:30pm (Sat). For the location of Fubon Bank retail outlets, please visit www.fubonbank.com.hk
4.	Redemption of the gift is valid until 6:00 pm on 17 February, 2008, while stock lasts.

6.	Any Hong Kong residents over 18 years of age can participate in the Lucky Draw (except employees and immediate family members of Fubon Bank and its advertising and promotion agencies).
7.	Central Tower (Lobby) lucky draw box opens all day from Monday to Sunday.
8.	Late entries will not be accepted.
9.	There is no limit on the number of entries for each participant.

Terms and Conditions of the Game and Lucky Draw :
1.	By entering the Game and/ or Lucky Draw, participants signify their acceptance and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Game and Lucky Draw as well as those pertaining to the gift/ prizes.
2.	Fubon Bank ( Hong Kong ) Limited ( "Fubon Bank") reserves the right to withhold the gift/ prizes for redemption or reclaim the awarded gift/ prizes, and award or dispose of it/ them in such manner and to such person(s) as Fubon Bank deems fit if the participant/ winners is/ are found not eligible to participate in the Game and Lucky Draw.
3.	The winners of the Lucky Draw shall bring along their HKID cards and the original letters of notification issued by Fubon Bank to redeem the prizes. The winners who fail to register with Fubon Bank on or before 25 March, 2008 or fail to attend the prize presentation ceremony will be considered as having given up their right to collect the prizes.
4.	Fubon Bank reserves the right to disclose and publish the names and other particulars (including photographs) of the winners of the Lucky Draw or their representatives, where applicable, in such mode and manner as Fubon Bank may at its sole discretion deem appropriate for publicity purposes. The winners by registering with Fubon Bank on or before 25 March, 2008 are deemed to have provided relevant consent to the foregoing.
5.	Fubon Bank is not responsible for any problems and costs in connection with the gift/ prizes after the gift/ prizes is/ are collected.
6.	The gift/ prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and credit.
7.	Photocopy of the game coupon is not accepted.
8.	Fubon Bank reserves the right to substitute or replace the gift/ prizes with other gift/ prizes of similar value without consultation or prior notice to the participant/ winners.
9.	The decision of Fubon Bank on all matters relating to the Lucky Draw shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. Other than as stated in these terms and conditions, Fubon Bank shall not be obliged to contact the participants or any other persons, or consider any appeal by or enter into any correspondence with any participants or any other persons on any matter concerning the Lucky Draw.
10.	Any violation of these terms and conditions by the participants will result in disqualification of the relevant participants from participating in the Game and/ or Lucky Draw or from collecting any gift/ prizes.
11.	Fubon Bank reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue the Game and/ or Lucky Draw at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.
12.	Fubon Bank reserves the right to amend or add additional provisions to the terms and conditions of the Game and Lucky Draw without prior notice. No participants may raise any objections to such amendments or additions in any circumstances.

The Chinese version of this Terms and Conditions is for reference only. The English version is the governing version and shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
